What's actually happening in there.

Why GLP-1 medications slow you down, and what each ingredient in glpoop is doing about it.

What GLP-1 meds do to your gut

Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) work in part by slowing gastric emptying, keeping you full longer. That is the point. The trade-off: digestive transit slows across the board, and constipation is one of the most commonly reported GI side effects in clinical trials.

Why heavy fibers can backfire

Fiber bulks stool by absorbing water. On a normal gut, bulk plus normal motility equals regularity. On a slowed gut, thick gel-forming fibers can just mean more mass sitting in a pipeline that is barely moving. That is the cement feeling people describe. The wrong kind of bulk is the problem.

The glpoop stack, ingredient by ingredient

Acacia fiber (3.5g). A soluble, prebiotic fiber that stays low-viscosity, soft bulk without the sludge, and ferments slowly, which generally means less gas than fast-fermenting fibers like inulin.

Magnesium citrate (75mg) + electrolytes. Citrate is among the better-absorbed magnesium forms. Together with sodium (75mg), potassium (100mg), and calcium (100mg), it supports the fluid balance a slow-moving gut needs to keep stool soft.*

Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 (10mg). A spore-forming probiotic strain. The spore coat is why it survives stomach acid where many probiotics do not. Studied in clinical research for digestive comfort and bloating.*

Collagen peptides (2g) + niacinamide (75mg). Bovine collagen supplies glycine and glutamine, amino acids your intestinal lining draws on for normal maintenance. Niacinamide is vitamin B3, 47% of your daily value per stick.*

What we left out, on purpose

No senna or stimulant laxatives. No magnesium oxide. No PEG. No caffeine. If an ingredient forces your gut instead of working with it, it is not in the stick.
