Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders ship from our warehouse in Carrollton, Texas the same or next

business day after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go

out the next business day.

Destinations & rates

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on US orders

over $70; all other rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

US orders typically arrive 2–4 business days after shipping. You'll

receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

Canadian delivery times vary by destination and customs processing —

allow extra time.

Canadian orders

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes

collected at or before delivery. These charges are the recipient's

responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship every 4 weeks. You can pause, skip, or cancel

anytime up to 5 days before your next scheduled charge — see our

Cancellation policy for details.

Address changes

Need to fix an address? Email Info@glpoop.com right away — we can

update it any time before the order ships. Once it's with the carrier,

we can't reroute it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged

If your tracking stalls for more than a few days or your box arrives

damaged, email Info@glpoop.com and we'll make it right.
